- To keep accounting, tax and insurance records — legal obligation.
- To improve the website and understand which marketing works — consent, given through the cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

- Our email and document storage providers

- Our accountants, insurers and professional advisers, where relevant
- Subcontractors or suppliers where they are needed to deliver your project, limited to what they need to do the work
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.

- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete information where there is no ongoing reason to keep it
- Ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
- Ask for your information in a portable format

To exercise any of these, call 0208 050 7207, use the contact form or write to us at the registered office. We will respond within one month. You will not be charged, and asking will never affect the service you receive.
