HIPS provision
A HIP or Home Information Pack is mandatory for all homes in the UK being offered for sale. Each pack contains a collection of compulsory and optional documents that combine to provide an overview of important information relating to the property.

- the new Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ), from 6 April 2009
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA)
- Sustainability information (required for newly built homes)

- Evidence of title
- Standard searches (local authority and drainage and water)
Leasehold properties

Mortgage Services
As an independent company CooperJackson are not tied into any specific mortgage provider, and to this end we are able to utilise the services of either independent mortgage brokers or if you prefer we can refer you to one of the major financial institutions with whom we have excellent working relationships.
Mortgage Brokers can provide all prospective house owners with examples of alternative mortgage products. All you have to do is let us know that you would like some help.
Conveyancing
Conveyancing is the legal process house buyers and sellers must go through to complete the transaction covering the various searches, exchanging of contracts and deposits. Of course this is taken care of by solicitors and in the same way that we have mortgage brokers who can help you, we have several local solicitors who will take care of the sale of your property.
