- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Credit score and reference prospective tenants
- Provide a tenancy agreement
- Issue statutory paperwork
- Collect the deposit and initial rent
- Arrange standing order for ongoing rent to be paid to the landlord
- Conduct move in with the tenant including noting ALL utility meter readings, and advise relevant utilities and local authority of the new tenancy.
